Raymond Kincannon

Partner · Fort Walton Beach

Raymond spent years as an Air Force judge advocate, much of it advising commanders, which is why he reads a notice the way the person who wrote it meant it.

He leads the firm's discharge upgrades and records corrections and handles separations for airmen and Space Force members. Many of his clients left service years ago and are still living with a label on their discharge papers.

He raised his family in Okaloosa County and coaches youth baseball in the spring.

Our story

How Raymond works

He builds a discharge application the way a lawyer builds a brief: a record, an explanation of the record, and a request the board can grant.

He writes to the board in plain language, because its readers have a great many files to get through.

When an application will face a long wait, he says so on the first call and tells you what can be done in the meantime.
