Abigail Dockery

Partner · Panama City

Abigail grew up in an Army family and moved six times before high school. She helps military families through divorce and custody without losing the thread when orders change.

She handles divorce, custody, support and settlement agreements where one or both spouses serve, and she knows how much of a family's calendar belongs to someone else. Before joining the firm she practiced family law in Bay County.

She speaks Spanish with clients and their relatives, and she spends free weekends on the Gulf side of Panama City Beach.

Our story

How Abigail works

She starts with the calendar: orders, school years and the next deployment window. A parenting plan that ignores the calendar fails in its first year.

She drafts settlements to survive a move, with clear language on who decides and how a child is handed over across distance.

Her office tells you at each step when to expect the next call and what it will cover.
